Servus, here is a complete upload of my printed RC Trophy Truck. This truck is very sturdy and fast compared to other printed RC cars, but it also uses some metal parts. The assembly should be self explanetory. I recommend printing the gears from polycarbonate and getting an metal gear for the Motor. All other parts work fine in PLA or PETG, but higher grade materials are always better. You will need: -540 brushed motor or 3652 Brushless motor with ESC (21T or 3300KV or even slower) -15T modulus 1 metal gear for the motor - reciver and remote -RC Gyro -25kg metal gear servo -2x 18650 3x battery trays -6x 18650 batteries for example VTC6 (please get propper ones and do not used ones from old laptops) -4x 15x10x4mm bearings -12x 18x12x4 bearing (get some spares, water and the high speeds will kill one or two of them eventually) -2x 88mm shocks -2x 98mm shocks ( you can try diffrent lenghts, I made plenty of adjustmen holes) - 18 M3 (ball joints, make sure that two of them have plenty of travel for the steering, I used plastic ones and the other 16 are crappy metal ones from ebay) -M3 bolts in lengths 10, 16, 20, 30 and two 50mm and nuts (just get 100 of each, you will need spares eventually) -M3 threaded rod -2mm spring steel rod -250mm SW8 steel or aluminium rod for the rear axle, which needs to be trimmed down to lenght and taped on both end with M3 I also recommend to file the two Kardankreuze from brass and taping it with M3, it only takes half an hour, but the parts will last forever. The upper to links from the four link rear suspension can be made from threaded rod, but keep in mind that they will bend eventually. I maschined some nice one from steal, but you can also try to sleve some M3 rod with carbon fiber tubing. I tried printed sleves, but all of them were to weak. Don´t forget to lubricate all gears with plenty of petroleum jelly.
