Here is the lens holder for Trotec laser engravers/cutters from a Speedy 300 and other models. Note that there are two types: this one typically holds 2" / 2.5" / 4" Co2 lenses and goes on top of the knurled knob. The other type of holder with the missing corner notch typically holds the 1.5" lens or longer high clearance lenses and sits below the knurled knob. If you have one of these, kindly submit a model! Trotec replacement lens is $500+; aftermarket lens holders are typically $50-$150. Any generic 19.05mm diameter lens of the appropriate focal length and type works great, see sawmillcreek forums. Have successfully used Cloudray lenses from $15 (China, PVD) to $30 (USA, CVD) for a few years now.
