Truck Underrun using SimScale for FEA

The initial design aimed for a mass of under 45 kg while meeting certain criteria. Multiple iterations were tested to achieve these goals, but weight optimization was prioritized due to its impact on gas mileage over time. The final design achieved the target mass of 45 kg, but further reductions could be made with additional time. However, issues with SimScale limited progress. A single "T" beam model was also attempted, resulting in a mass of 43.02 kg without stress calculations. Fabrication considerations were overlooked and would require adjustments for practical manufacturing.
