Trumpet Mouthpiece- 1.5C

A trumpet mouthpiece, originally based off a 1.5c design by jcooper. My modifications include making the design more streamlined (to reduce print errors), making the bore slightly larger (I had to take a drill to the original design to make it playable), and removing the "1-1/2C" engraving on the side for simplicity. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: Med/High Infill: High (20-100%) Notes: Most print settings don't matter too much, you're going to have to sand it by hand no matter what you do. More infil is better for sound quality and durability, I built one solid and one with 4 shells and 30% infil and they both work fine. I used PLA, ABS is a little toxic but would probably work as well. Surprisingly, it works better without a heated build plate, since the base should be rounded and not flat. Post-Printing Sand by hand and even up the bore with a drill if you need too. My first print was really constricted and a wider bore helped the sound quality significantly.
