If you're comfortable using Fusion360, I've included the Parametric Fusion model so you could enter the diameter of your straw and tweak the clearance. On my Ender3, I discover that the two dowels on the print bed need a different clearance than the one protruding up. I suspect it was because of the remnant from brim. I recommend that you print SoccerVertex.stl to make sure that it fits snugly for your straw. If you can't adjust using the parametric model, you can try scaling it in your slicer. Once you are happy with the clearances, you could print SoccerVertexX12.stl to print 12 copies at a time. I was able to print five copies of this for a total of 60 that you need for the full soccer ball. Note that the two dowels that's on the print bed correspond to the pentagon. Make a few pentagons first, and connect them with hexagons. I also made a [Drinking Straw Cutting Jig](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4624498) to cut the straws to the same perfect lengths. If interested, check out my other projects on [Hackaday.io](https://hackaday.io/projects/hacker/9819) and [YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/c/HariWiguna) Good luck and have fun!
