The Heart Dominates Truncus Arteriosus\nA right ventricle profile defines the heart's overall structure. Normal venous return occurs, but it's overshadowed by a significant truncus arteriosus accompanied by a high septal defect in the ventricle and thick-walled chambers with reduced volume on both sides. The truncal valve is tricuspid in shape, and the truncus itself gives rise to two distinct pulmonary arteries originating from its left posterior aspect. A common pulmonary artery is noticeably absent. The aortic arch remains normal while the ductus arteriosus has closed off.
