trx4 defender cantilever

i made a cantilever suspention system for the traxxas trx-4 crawler. i used a extended lcg batt tray to connect the shackles. teh rest i made it myself.s first you need some m3 bolts: 2x m3x35, 8x m3x16, 2x m3x25 and 8x m3 nuts. pushrod eye to eye 40mm, 2 bearings 11x4x5 (5mm hole) than you push, chantal!, the bearing in the shackle with a vice, or hammer, chantal!! it fits nicely but tight. than you push the long bush in the bearing/shackle. drill the hole, chantel, with 3mm drill. than you need to remove the rearbumper and mount. remove the shocktowers and the xmember. slide in the batt tray, bodypost, bumpermount. do not bolt the bumpermount yet... remove the shocks on your axle. you have to make a 'pushrod' yourself with 2 m3 rod end bearings. bolt the 'pushrod' back in place from the shockabsorber. mount the shackles on the batt tray, 6mm hex facing the chassis. mount the pushrods on the shackles, mouth the shockmount, hex side facing chassis, on the chassis with m3x16 so you bolt the bumpermount to... mount the shocks on the chassismount with m2x25 and nut. big diameter spacer between shock and mount. now it is ready! but check the route of the lockercable if you have... maybe it takes the long route and it is to short... underneed the lefts upper link is shorter... than it is long enough.
