A TS80 portable "wireless" soldering iron stand for use with black and decker batteries. The orange and black battery is a original one, the big one is a cheap knock off (40 Eur.) Super handy for use in the field. The battery clip can be used for other projects. the trough holes in the battery clip are covered with a single layer. Poke trough with a fitting screw driver. Solder your wires to the edge of the spade terminal. Bend the spade terminal 90 deg. at about 5mm from the connection side. The PD USB car charger PCB should have a width of about 16mm. I expect all those ALI-Express things are the same because all car lighter plugs are the same.
