TS80 soldering iron stand on Black and Decker Li-ion battery

<p>A TS80 portable "wireless" soldering iron stand for use with black and decker batteries.<br>The orange and black battery is a original one, the big one is a cheap knock off (40 Eur.)</p><p>Super handy for use in the field.</p><p>The battery clip can be used for other projects. The screw holes are for M3 x 8mm flat heads</p><p>the trough holes in the battery clip are covered with a single layer. Poke trough with a fitting screw driver. Solder your wires to the edge of the spade terminal.<br>Bend the spade terminal 90 deg. at about 5mm from the connection side.</p><p>The PD USB car charger PCB should have a width of about 16mm. The rest will print perfectly without support (I guess the ports will print without support also, but I didn't try)<br>&nbsp;</p>
