TT Ender 3 case w/ direct fan

Thanks to TeachingTech for his great case. Just quickly added a vertical, outside fan on the right case for more direct airflow on the board. Obviously prevents lid from sliding, which is why the fan needs to be taken off everytime lid needs to be opened. Maybe horizontal fan placement on top is better, but I'm gonna stick to this for now. Fits with MKS Gen L only, because I've removed the SD card slot. Update 2019-06-23: There is just enough space next to USB port for the bed cable string. In case you want to relieve the USB port of any pressure, use base v3 with separate cable hole. Update 2019-07-05: Uploaded v4 base + lid with the fan placement shifted to the right. Fits with boards with SD card, but airflow is off centered. That's why I'm sticking to v2. Don't mix up v4 base with v2 lid and vice versa, the fan placement is shifted.
