I made this as a simple solution to my paranoia of the spool falling off of the end of my S1 Pro. While I never did have this happen, I've seen filament spools try to walk up the original end cap which didn't leave me feeling very warm and fuzzy inside. I did see other ideas for this but I decided to just keep it simple and make my own. Behold the TTN S1 Spool Helper. Simply remove the stock end cap using a 2.5 mm hex key (Allen wrench), slide this on, and replace the factory end cap. This leaves about 5mm of wiggle room for most 1KG spools. Print with the cone facing down. Use your favorite filament type and layer settings. I used a .20 layer height and printed it with Sunlu PLA+. In my instance, I didn't need to use any special layer adhesion but your mileage may vary depending on how well you have your printer and slicer tuned. Enjoy.
