I made this as a quick fix to overcome my paranoia of the spool falling off of the factory Creality Ender 3 S1 Spool holder. While the original design is quite good and I'm happy with the ball bearing setup, the end stop still doesn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling inside. Others have made elaborate contraptions that are nice, but I live by the philosophy of KISS. (Keep It Simple Stupid). So here is my simple solution which has been rocking my farm for a while now. Behold the simplest solution. A sleeve that just slides on. Just remove the factory end cap, slide on this spacer, and replace the original end cap. Simple and effective. Print with the cone facing down. No support is required. The layer height of your choice and material of your choice. Easy! You may need a brim depending on your setup to stick to the bed, but I didn't need one for my setup. Enjoy.
