Tuba Mouthpiece - Beginner's Model

When I realized, after some playing, that my tuba mouthpiece was relatively large (larger than an 18 and much larger than a 24AW), I went into designing this one. Made to be printed at 100% infill, this mouthpiece is smaller and easier to control while playing. Its lightweight design helps save plastic, and it is also designed to be injection molded rather easily. It is not an exact representation of a 24AW, but is more friendly to beginning players and advanced players looking for something easy. Also, it is better for playing higher notes, and gives more control, but less tone canvas to work with. Print Settings Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Notes: Be sure to orient it in the best orientation. Some parts will droop, this is normal. These parts are made to only droop slightly. Post-Printing After printing, go over the cup with sandpaper, starting with 100-180 grit and finishing with 400-600 grit.
