These are supports for up to 6mm irrigation pipes / tubes or equally sized cables to clip to a 21mm shelf, cupboard, ... The bracket does not need any screws. So you wont have to drill holes into your furniture. You may add some foam liner to increase stability. I use them to guide the small 4mm tubes for spray / drip irrigation of flowers indoors.
