If you want to bend acrylic tubing, i recomment to print it in ASA/ABS for better heat resistance. For acrylics, i had the best results with the 35mm bend radius and round walls, but 30mm works, if you heat the acrylic well. If you feel lucky, you can try the 25mm or even 20mm radius version, but you will likely get your tubing kinked. Make sure your overhangs are calibrated well or you will get problems with the rounded wall parts.

Dont aggressively push the tube, or you might get imprints of the individual layers in your tubing.

For perfect results, you can try to use aceton smoothing, but its not necessary if you are careful.

I used EK Waterblocks EK-Loop Hard Tube 16mm for a total of 8 identical computers with a full custom watercooling loop. I printed these parts in ASA and had no problems with deformation at all, even after approximately 100 bends. You can measure the distance of your fittings and get very nice multiple bended tubes as well. Just use multiple 90° parts and screw them onto a wooden board in the correct distance.
