Make a joint of two PVC pipes of 19 millimetres. The joint must be locket by a nut and bolt of M5 14 mm long. Use some boiling water to make the pipe soft before sliding it on. Now you could assembled a piece of construction of your choice. By scaling it up or down it will fit any pipe.
