It is a test tube rack, to present them with a sort of carousel. More pics here :http://www.flickr.com/photos/watsdesign/sets/72157625557594408/ Instructions Print : 2 discs, 2 spacers, 1 base And assemble with : 1 m4x35, 1 nylock or two nuts for the top, and 2 washers You can also replace the spacers by some nuts I think.
