This is a high performance wing I designed late 2021 and that I printed, moulded and have been riding this year.. Needs to be printed on a printer that can fit 400x400 build plate and then moulded from, the mould filled with carbon. In performance it's probably around mid level for the 2021  products from most of the hydrofoil suppliers. Since this one, I have made a couple of break-through changes to my design algorithm that will result in higher lift and even lower drag with better lift while turning. That's the only reason I've posted this design. If any manufacturers want to outsource their design requirements, my latest designs are available on a royalty contract basis and of course I can adapt for other fuselages or creade CAD for other parts. This is a fit for the Axis Black fuselage but is higher around the sides, matches at front. You will need to build a little ramp at the back to properly blend flow with the kink in the Axis fuselage behind the mast foot. The print is in three pieces. After printing clear all the 8mm dowel holesand all the 3.5mm bamboo skewer holes and fit the dowels with superglue, being careful to have a good fit before applying the superglue. I've also attached the raw wing design which if you pay for the download, you can modify. subtract shear planes and concealed dowels +0.3mm diameter to fit your own printer and/or fuselage and then split the parts in your slicer software. I recommend printing with supports and the wings leading edge down, on a 15mm extended perimeter raft. Ensure your wing tips have the lower faces towards the long centre piece so that they warp uniformly in the same direction as they cool.
