<p>The Pimoroni <a href="https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/tufty-2040?variant=40036924391507">Tufty 2040 Badge + Accessory Kit</a> doesn't have a good solution for securing the battery case beyond some velcro stickers. There is a great model designed for semi-permanent storage of one of the LiPo battery packs (but lacking a charger, you're going to be opening the case often.&nbsp;</p><p>Assembly:</p><ol><li>Print the three pieces (I used PLA on my Ender 3 v2)&nbsp;</li><li>Install two strips of VHB tape (it's ok to overlap the power switch indent area)</li><li>Plug in the power cable from the AAA battery pack</li><li>Make sure you leave the power switch in the “on” position - you're about to stick it down!</li><li>Install 4 M2 screws (the ones I had were a little long) with sharp points - they'll hold better than machine screws in the slotted channels in the back piece.</li><li>Coil the power cable between the badge and the middle section - these wires are roughly random length in my experience so you might need to coil a bit.&nbsp;</li><li>Peel the backer off of the VHB tape and stick the battery pack in position - thread the wires through and make sure it's switch side down - that way you can open the battery compartment to change them.</li></ol><p>Enjoy!&nbsp;</p><p>Thanks <a href="https://www.printables.com/social/306462-biglesp">Les Pounder</a> for your work on the original model!&nbsp;</p>
