Tuit Jig Assembly

This is one of the projects I worked on for my senior (associates) project. I was supposed to take a completed design, and get it ready for machining, instead, I had to redesign every single part associated with the project. It was crazy trying to get everything done by the production date, but a great lesson in getting things done under extreme pressure.Since the entire point of this project was to actually produce the assembly, the primary goal was to keep costs low. Because of this, I sourced a DeStaCo press from a previous project. I also did my best to use as many pre-made parts as possible. For this I utilized a lot of parts from McMaster Carr and Grainger.Despite the pressure, and all the redesigns , I was able to finish the new jig assembly with the help of the rest of my team.I've included pictures of the actual, machined product, as it was designed to be.
