Tunze Care Magnet (Long) Blade holder

The Tunze Care Magnet is a scraper used to remove algae from a fish aquarium. Tunze's design is great in that it prevents sand from being trapped between the scraper and your aquarium glass, helping to prevent scratches. The blades are replaceable, but there is a weakness in how the blades are attached to the scraper body. Over time the blue plastic piece will warp, which allows the blade to sit loosely and not be as effective. My design is more rigid and more securely snaps into place holding the blade tightly. Edits: 3/25/2017 - added a half circle to make it fit easier when snapping into place.
