Turbulator Bar Analysis

Operations wanted to weld turbulator bars to the pulper tub. The concern was that the bar would break off or the tub would develop a hole if a bar was hit with enough force. Doing a finite analysis of a bar welded to the tube resulted in failure around 20,000 lbf. Fun project.
