Turn Signal adapter for the Kawasaki Vulcan S

Turn Signal adapter for the Kawasaki Vulcan S

I wanted to replace the stock turn signals on my Kawasaki Vulcan S 650. However, the Kawasaki turn signals are mounted with a different kind of turn signal attachment, and the rear ones have this rubber mount. There are people who drill out the plastic or rubber, but then you can't return back to stock if you would like to in the future. Having no experience in 3D modelling until now, I took up this idea to learn it. So I designed this adapter that fits right into the stock mount and lets you mount aftermarket turn signals.

I have made a couple versions for suiting different styles of turn signals. The only difference is the way the base is shaped towards the turn signal.

Printed it in PLA to test fit, but the final product is printed in PETG at 0.2mm layer height and 100% infill for extra strength. Takes about 30-40minutes per model to print. You need to print two of course.

If you want to have something changed to the model, feel free to remix it, or ask me and I will see what I can do to help :).

Disclaimer: Using this is at your own risk. If, for any reason the adapter breaks and the turn signals gets loose, I wont be responsible.
