This is a replacement turn signal stalk for a 2006 BMW F650GS. I made it shorter than the original so it would be less likely to break. The original reflector and lens from the broken stalk will fit into this model. It would probably work great printed in TPE so it will flex instead of breaking. Updated model was added 12/17/17. The signal part was slightly modified. I removed the tube that sticks out of the bottom of the post to allow the signal to be printed vertically with the stalk at the bottom. You will need supports with this but it might print better this way. Even if you print it lens opening side down it will print better due to not having that tube sticking out. The tube can be printed separately and inserted into the stalk later. As an experiment, I also included a support structure for beneath the signal that may give you a cleaner surface than plain supports. You can align them yourself if you choose to print it this way. You would still need some support inside the opening for the top part of the structure. Use your slicer settings for that. Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Infill: 15% should be plenty Notes: Print with the lens opening at the bottom. Updated model can be printed with stalk at bottom.
