My headset earpiece swivel mysteriously broke - the swivel poles seem to be a weak point on these Turtle Beach Headsets. I took it upon myself to try designing my first replacement part from scratch. (I had found https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:21891 but it was missing some detail so I decided to start fresh) The model includes a channel to thread the wire through (no adhesive required - at least not that I've found). It is missing some of the extra detail from the original - the original has some rotation-limiting protrusions on the main pole and ear-cup clips. The current replacement model seems to fare well without them - the rotation is naturally limited by the other geometry of the swivel, ear cup, and headband. Modeled in Blender, exported to STL.
