Turtle Pot
cults3d
Scrolling through Instagram, I came across this 2D crocheted turtle pot holder - so I decided to revamp it for #3DPrinting and turn it into a 3D model. I thought the crocheted version was cute and figured it would be a great addition to a garden collection. The model was created and rendered in Autodesk Fusion 360. The pot itself has a drainage hole at the bottom, but also a drainage hole on the side for overwatering to collect in the outer ring. I have been working on my modeling skills for other objects and things that might be more organic and less geometric, so this was my third-ish attempt at it. I painted the model afterwards using Galeria Acrylic paints. (Apologies for the mess of gray paint, tried splatter - but it didn't turn out as I hoped.) Enjoy! #ANYCUBICGARDEN
