For use with (amazon) DC 6V 60RPM Mini Metal Gearwheel Gear Motor 3mm Shaft for Robot Wheel DIY Toys 2PCS I am making a series of small r/c robuts and trying to miniaturize parts like claws. This was the first claw i have designed myself. I updated the file with a set of parts i just printed. It fits together pretty well... the parts must be gently worked into their respective housing. They will fit. The shroud, the part that holds the arms on the spindle does not like to be attached if the spindle is not worked through the holes first. The order of fitting is as follows - 1. run the spindle pin through the shroud, both arms and the center level wheel. run the axle through the holes in the spindle pin and the level wheel. 2. start with the motor and put it into the motor mount opening in the shroud. Next take the leveling wheel and place the spindle pin in and align the openings. Next place axle in through both openings- the end poking out will be aligned to the motor shaft. Then affix both arms pointing away from the axel. You should be able to push the assembled arm assembly into the shroud and onto the motor shaft. Well. that was fun.... good luck
