This cyclone is made from three main pieces, plus a bolt-on elbow for ceiling mount. It has two 4" inlets, a 5" outlet, and a 6" cyclone bottom. An elbow for the impeller and a 6" flange for the canister are also included. All pieces can be made on a printer with a 14x10x14" envelope, in this case a Stratasys F370 using white ASA. All of the part numbers are McMaster. It's designed around a Harbor Freight 2HP Dust Collector. In hindsight, it was a bit noisy to mount the turbine to the ceiling, but is saved the dust from going to the floor and back up. I just hooked it up, and it appears to function. Small chunks rattle around perpetually, which would seem to indicate decent centrifugal force.Since the original post, I added a second Harbor Freight dust collector with a wye after the vortex. Also mounted both baggers to the ceiling, which is working great.
