This is vaguely a remix of the Apple TV Remote Bumper Case but I drew a completely new model because I really wanted a flex front with a rigid backplate. Previously I tried just printing a back plate and shoving it in, but it didn't really retain very well and due to the structure of the bumper the backplate sat proud of the flex. So this one is redrawn (entirely new model) to include a slot to retain a rigid back plate rather than a protrusion to retain the remote.

For the bumper portion, I used Tecbears TPU with the default Prusa flex profile, 0.2mm layer height. This material also wants somewhat less extrusion than the default in the profile, so the Tune function was used to reduce the extruder multiplier to 90% from the default 95% on the printer. Be sure to print the flex upside down (this should already be recorded in the 3MF file.) The bridge around the charge port didn't turn out great, but can get cleaned up with a bit of heat.

For the rear plate, I used generic PLA. Default 0.2mm layer height settings are fine. This should be printed in its native orientation so that the textured surface is at the bottom (there will be a tapered overhang to go in the slot in the flex).

I recommend using a textured sheet for both the PLA and the Flex as the textured surface is grippy when held.
