This is my first post, and my first large print. My friend asked for a 2-story shelf for her beauty products. Then I made this model in Solidworks. I will upload the original solidworks parts later for customizations. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa I3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Infill: Surface: 10%, Honeycomb, Top/Bot: Archimedean Chords; Pillar: 10%, Rectilinear, Rectilinear Notes: Using Slic3r and Repetier Surface Settings: Layer: 0.3 mm, First Layer: 0.35 Horizontal Shell: Top 1 layer; Bottom 1 layer. (due to delamination of my printer, I chose this 1 layer) Speed: 55 mm/s; Infill: 80 mm/s; Gap: 30 mm/s Cooling: Disable fan for the first 1 layer Filament: 1.75mm PLA Temp: Extruder: First Layer: 220, Other: 215 Bed: First Layer: 70, Other: 65 Pillar Settings: Layer: 0.4 mm, First Layer: 0.35 Horizontal Shell: Top 1 layer; Bottom 1 layer.
