Model included is only a rough mock up and is not perfect... (good enough for S3D or Cura background/custom build platform image) !!!! MAKE SURE YOUR MACHINE IS BUILT CLEAN, SQUARE, SOLID, LUBRICATED, BELTS TENSION AND ALIGNED!!! take care of your hardware first, then electronics, then firmware, then slicer settings... S3D profile .fff (then you can import model as custom machine option) Cura resources folder and a good base profile to start with along with TwoTrees Sapphire S added into the machine directory with model of the printer as the custom background... LerdgeX firmware update and config file with strong and stable accel./jerk settings Also suggest printing this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3674354 to replace the fan cover etc and reduce your hotend weight by alot... install the L bracket that holds the hotend upside down to gain Z... this will all reduce wobble too... Install and run Cura4.1 then close... rename the resources folder in cura to resources_backup then paste in its place this one supplied Upload the Lerdge.config to USB in folder named Lerdge_Config then plug into Sapphire S and go to settings then system then press the UP arrow at the bottom and select USB/lerdge_config/Lerdge.config file (firmware update can be done the same way) Lerdge X Board All 3 jumper plugs in all driver slots XY LV8729 drivers will be set a 1/128 micro stepping ZE A4988 is 1/16 Step LV8729 version with 220 resistors on bottom XY axis set at 1.2v A4988 ZE axis set at 0.9v
