TYCO TCR Track Supports

These are track supports designed specifically for the TYCO TCR and Command Control tracks. They are modeled after Ideal TCR track supports, but these will not fit Ideal track, and I don't know if they will fit any other TYCO tracks. They are designed so that the lower track skirts slide into the guide rails on top of the track supports. During testing we discovered that track skirts varied by as much as 0.5mm, so some track pieces may be very tight between the guide rails. The supports will also fit securely under curve pieces of track, but keep in mind the track width variances as you place them. The supports are designed in 5 heights so you easily raise the track elevation while keeping it straight enough to not interfere with the cars as they pass over the track connections. They're also high enough that any TYCO TCR, TYCO Command Control, or Aurora SpeedSter truck will fit under them. In addition, they are designed so they can be stacked in a variety of additional heights to meet your needs. They are secured to each other by guide pins that fit into the holes on top and bottom and of the supports. This keeps them from sliding off of each other. It's one of the most versatile track elevation systems I have ever seen. Not to mention, I think they look pretty cool. I hope the pictures show enough detail. I had to seriously reduce their quality to get T-Verse to host them. Also, some of the "test prints" were used in the pictures. The published g-code was done in Cura 4.8, and makes very nice print. If you print them laying down, you will not need any type of supports, but you do you, and decide how you to print them. Also keep in mind each printer is slightly different, so adjust as needed. I ran them at 30% infill, but 20% should be fine, if you want a faster print time.
