cgtrader
This model, designed for gaming/real-time use, comes without subdivision capabilities and has been rendered using Marmoset Toolbag 3. The included Marmoset Toolbag scene ensures accurate renders. The weapon is separated into individual objects for easy animation, with movable parts including the bolt, magazine, and trigger. The Type 100 mesh consists of triangles, and a quad mesh alternative is also provided. The model has no n-gons and is manually unwrapped to optimize UV space. All objects and materials are appropriately named. Measuring 89cm x 24cm x 18cm when the magazine is inserted, the weapon has been scaled to approximate real-world size. It has been tested in Marmoset Toolbag 3, Unreal Engine 4, and Unity Engine without requiring special plugins. Exports from 3ds Max 2019 include .obj and .fbx formats. The textures are PBR-compatible, with 2048x2048 maps for base color, roughness, metalness, normal, and AO. Smaller 512x512 PBR textures are also available for the cartridge. Specular/gloss PBR textures are offered in a separate download. Instructions and specialized texture maps for Unreal Engine 4 and Unity are provided in the extra downloads section. For those interested, a Substance Painter project file is also included, along with the high poly model used to bake the texture maps in 3ds Max 2019.
