I built this fan mount specifically for myself, acknowledging that the design has its drawbacks. While it fits perfectly in place, the airflow isn't as efficient as I had hoped. To create the mount, I utilized Proto Pasta's HTPLA and took the extra step of heat treating the finished components. Without using High Temp PLA that's undergone heat treatment, the parts would likely sag over time due to their structural limitations.
