This is an insert for Tyrants of the Underdark base game plus the Aberrations and Undead expansion decks. It allows for sleeved cards (I used Dragon Shield). The Player Box file should be printed 4 times. Also note, it is only necessary to print either Holder 1 and Holder 2 if your printer cannot print the entire Holder file, do not print all three files or you will waste your PLA.
