So I am a brewer/distiller by trade and when it comes drinking time (the fun part!) all of our beer gets kegged into 19L Cornelius Kegs. Sterilisation/cleaning is 90% of brewing and when it comes cleaning/sterilising time, we normally add 1 tablespoon of Chlorinated Tri-Sodium Phosphate per 5 litres of water and fill the Keg up to the brim. It's not a terribly hard thing to keep a track of, but when you are sterilising multiple kegs, you can sometimes lose track of how many scoops you have added. I say no more! One scoop from this bad boy, per keg, and you are done! I will also be knocking up another version of this measuring spoon sized to a 25L plastic fermenter so keep an eye on my profile for that too!
