Ubiquiti UniFi In-Wall Wi-Fi Access Point, specifically the UAP-IW non-AC model, is designed for seamless integration into a standard US 1-gang wall box and includes a matching rocker opening faceplate. Regrettably, Spanish buildings typically do not employ this specific electrical box type, prompting me to design a custom enclosure that securely houses the device. The goal was to create a compact case that blends discreetly with its surroundings, avoiding clutter on any desktop. I utilized Trimble SketchUp Make 2017 to develop the model for this enclosure, and I have also included the .skp file for your reference. It is my hope that this design will be useful for some of you.
