UBIQUITI WiFi Nao/Giga Beam - Wall Mount (PC)

<p>This is a Wall Mount for UBIQUITI WiFi antennas, the original FreeCAD file is attached for custom adaption. The file/print is not suitable for the Prusa Mini or not enclosed printers in case of printing it with PC/ASA/ABS at all&nbsp;<br><br>You'll find the antennas here:<br><br><a href="https://store.ui.com/collections/operator-airmax-and-ltu/products/gbe">https://store.ui.com/collections/operator-airmax-and-ltu/products/gbe</a><br><br><a href="https://www.ui.com/airmax/nanobeamm/">https://www.ui.com/airmax/nanobeamm/</a><br><br>Some hints for printing this parts and PC:</p><p>I printed all with a MK3S+ in save environment have 30 °C in the enclosure. The following findings I'll share with you:</p><ol><li>Clean the bed/plate precisely</li><li>Put on enough of the glue on the bed where you're positioning the parts - also for the skirt (I missed some spots, so the skirts starts moving during a print)</li><li>Check the skirt - for these parts it seems (also after my experience with the moving around skirt) that a skirt is not useful if you have a save printing environment - enclosure</li><li>Check that the brim has enough width</li><li>My first print was better than the second one, because it seems that aligning the parts diagonal on the bed is better than straight (you can change this in the g-code if you like).</li></ol><p><br><br>Update Mar 01 2021:&nbsp;</p><p>I updated all files due to some improvements twice (triggered by a few findings after the first successful print) - now the results are ok and the parts fit perfectly together. If you've downloaded already the files prior to this date, please update it.</p>
