Used double stick tape and aluminum to create contacts for the batteries. Related tip: If you find that your power button sometimes won't turn on your headphones, I've noticed that the contact springs inside the headphones have a larger diameter than the bump on the positive end of the battery. I taped a small strip of aluminum foil across the top of the battery (just the battery that has the positive terminal going down into the headphones) and it has made the headphones work more consistently.
