UFO style bread lame that allows for safer use since your fingers are protected from the blade when loosening/tightening. Nut is very tight but can be tapped into place with a light hammer and the screw will thread into the part. Machine screw will finish at the end of the nut when tightened; no cutting or sanding of the screw should be needed.
