UFS-060 XT30 Battery Caps

I bought a LiPo battery with a XT30 connector and I bought some spare XT30 connectors. So I went looking on Thingiverse for a cap to protect the plug when not in use. I found this version here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2087961 and a remix here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2900417. I ran into the same two problems with both parts. 1. Cura 4.4.1 didn't like the thin wall. At first it didn't want to print anything at the flat end. Turning on the print thin wall setting, did allow for the wall to print, but the path was weird and discontinuous. 2. Comments, on the original site, talked about the part being too small and needing to print with 105% scale. That was an indication that the original model may be too small. With these two Cura adjustments, The original part printed ok, but it just didn't look good. I opened the model in Bender to see what could be fixed. The wall was not even around the part, and it was only 0.45mm at the flat end. So I scaled the outside wall up by 105%, this increased the wall to 0.75mm at the thinnest (note since I scaled the whole outside wall and not just the end the scale ratio doesn't equal the thickness adjustment). I then scaled the whole part up 105%, this increased the inside dimensions as well as making the whole part slightly bigger. The final tweek was the shorten the overall length by 0.3mm. The final inside dimensions are 3.89mm wide by 9.36mm long. This allows just a little extra clearance for a slip fit. The new part will now slice in Cura, and it prints fine without having to be scaled. If you have trouble with the print, either your printer is off or you have connectors that are a different brand. The remixed parts, Thing 2900417, had the same issues. The remix does add some nice symbols on the top of the cap to let you know if the battery is charged. I made the same adjustments on these in case anyone wanted to use those parts.
