UHER report reel-to-reel extra tape guide

I replaced a record/playback head on my UHER report 4400 sometime ago. I didn't have any NOS Bogen heads so I had to retrofit NOS, but incompatible USSR-made head (6Д24.051 for those playing along at home). This new head is a bit too long for the original mount, so it's sticking out and rubbing against the tape all the time. To prevent that, I made this tape guide that pulls the tape away when it's not engaged. It also makes it a bit easier to unthread mid-tape if needed.
