They're coming after me, I know they are. They're watching my every move, waiting for me to slip up so they can pounce. I've been living on edge for weeks now, always looking over my shoulder, wondering when they'll strike. I try to stay one step ahead of them, but it's getting harder and harder. They seem to be everywhere, lurking in the shadows, waiting for their moment to strike. I've tried to vary my routine, take different routes to work, avoid certain areas of town, but they always manage to find me. It's like they have a sixth sense or something. They can smell me out from a mile away. I feel like a rat in a maze, constantly looking for an exit but never finding one.
