Greetings everyone! I've shared my challenge solution with accompanying files in IGES, STEP, and STL formats. The mass is 0.07838 lb (35.55471 g). Max stress occurs at the weakest points on the rib (5624.225 psi), while the minimum factor of safety is 1.547 at those same locations. The maximum factor of safety stands at 3. Forces applied range from 600 to 2000 lbf, as demonstrated in the attached picture. The bracket remains stable under 1000 lbf negative z-directional force. Thank you for your interest and support!
