The initial submission for this challenge is ULA Bracket Design 001CP, weighing at 0.073669 pounds and having a volume of 1.521746 cubic inches. A significant challenge lies in maintaining the material edge at least 2*D away from the hole's center. To address this issue, I propose reinforcing the exterior with ribs for support. This method was validated through Finite Element Analysis, which predicted a maximum von Mises stress of 4343 psi under an ultimate load of 600 lbf, uniformly applied as shown in the image.
