In my revised design, I aimed for a self-supporting model which increased material usage. Consequently, I removed Datum B to save weight while maintaining the same bolt hole depths. Wall thicknesses are greater than 0.04 inches, and each extrusion has at least 0.02 inches clearance. However, this design does not adhere to required hole edge distances. Mass is 0.09233 pounds, volume is 1.90727 cubic inches, and maximum stress is 3617 psi.
