Summary This is a tension-adjustable V-Slot magball carriage (42mm spacing) derived from the Ultibots experimental carriage for the D300VS, by Brad Norman found at: https://github.com/UltiBots/D300VS/blob/master/Experimental/d300_carriage_v2.stl Remix is to allow re-use of original hardware (with one additional m3x20 or m3x30 screw/bolt and 1 m3 hex nut), while allowing for an expanded range of tensioning. Also, there is a reinforcement made on the bottom belt clamp to make it easier to use a pair of needle-nose pliers to pre-tension the belts before final adjustment. I am considering one or two other small modifications to the clamping area, but they won't significantly change the existing model. Print Settings Printer: D300VS Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .2mm Infill: 20% Triangles Notes: I printed this in PLA, and it works fine, but it would have been better to use something lighter/more flexible. ABS, PETG, or Nylon would have been a smarter choice.
