###Note 12/22/2017: Updated D version has some minor reinforcements and some other small refinements. Created it after a failure on a PLA printed carriage of mine. Probably wouldn't of had any problems if I had used ABS or PETG, but hey, figured it was worth some modification. This is a tension-adjustable V-Slot magball carriage (42mm spacing) derived from the Ultibots experimental carriage for the [D300VS](http://www.ultibots.com/) by Brad Norman found [here](https://github.com/UltiBots/D300VS/blob/master/Experimental/d300_carriage_v2.stl). Remix is to allow for an expanded range of tensioning, a reinforcement on the top edge of the bottom belt clamp to make initial tension adjustment by "rolling" belt with needle nose pliers easier, and the hardware flexibility to use 2x m3 bolts of lengths between 25 and 50mm. Also, holes pass completely through the model to make support removal simple. The screw "clamping" the carriage to the extrusion should be tightened so that the carriage rolls easily over a couple seconds when released (before belt attachment, obviously). Carriage should not "free fall", nor should it sit in place, when released. When attaching the belts, I secure the "top" end of the belt with the wedge, and then pull the other end of the belt through the bottom clamp hole with a pair of needle nose pliers. I then twist the pliers, rolling up the excess belt, until I'm sure it's very close to the needed tension, and then I shove the bottom wedge into the clamp hole. I find that final tension adjustment of the belt is best done using [Michael Hackney's](https://www.thingiverse.com/SublimeLayers/about) method of employing the [Easy Tension](http://www.hutchinsontransmission.com/resource-center/apps/easy-tension-app) app to tune the belts so they vibrate at 39-41hz when "plucked". I'm removing the "in progress" tag, as this version is working well for me, and while I might make a change later I have no plans to.
