Ultimaker 2 Chimera Aqua w/ Berd Air

Ultimaker 2 head for E3D Chimera Aqua water-cooled hotend with BLTouch and Berd Air part cooling mount. This head was designed from scratch for chines clone of Ultimaker 2 Extended. This chinese printer is made as closed heated chamber for printing tall ABS objects, but stock Ultimaker 2 head has very weak 25mm fan, which, due to high environment temperature inside heated chamber, is unable to keep head cold enough. Also, the part cooling fans blow same hot air onto the part and cooling sometimes becomes inefficient. So here comes water cooling. This head was designed with dimensions of the original Ultimaker 2 head (35x35mm), so no build space was lost on XY. Z build space was reduced by about 10mm. It also includes mounts for 4mm Berd Air pipes for both hotends to improve part cooling performance inside heated chamber. The BLTouch offset is X10mm and Y26mm from the nozzle. Distance between 6mm rods is 18mm, as in original Ultimaker 2. Comments are welcome. STEP files are included, so feel free to remix and post here.
