Ultimaker 2 Print Head Top with cutout (Part 1320)

This is a slightly modified part based on [the original from Ultimaker](https://github.com/Ultimaker/Ultimaker2/tree/master/1320_Print_Head_Top_(x1)). My original part broke during a yearly service, and I was unable to find a replacement online. Thankfully I was able to screw the pieces back into place and print this part. Using Fusion360, I added a small cutout to allow easier installation without requiring total disassembly of the printhead. I'm sharing using the same [CC BY-NC 3.0](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/3.0/) license used by Ultimaker on their [Github Repo](https://github.com/Ultimaker/Ultimaker2/blob/master/LICENSE).
